Help cloudy eye clown fish

recently removed snowflake eel from my 75 gallon tank because notice nitrate spikes I was told that predators Release nitrates and it's bad because of the dead fish that they leave behind and they poop a lot so I removed him I did my water changes from month 10 gallons at a time Edward moved bio balls because I learned that that is causing my night race bike as well because I have live rock and live sand I just went on a cruise came back today and noticed my Tang has poor color my sea Bay clown has cloudy eyes and poor color and my lawnmower blenny has cloudy eyes as well and my night rates are through the roof what can I do to help

you need to include tank size, how much rock, parameters, how old is tank, did you qt, but I would start with a large water change

Tank size is 75 gallons nitrates are 160 phosphates AR 2.0 doing 10 gallon water change right now
