Help- Clown w/ Puffy eyes and mouth

I have a 75 gallon fish only tank that has been well established for 3+years. Other than I may be a week behind on a 10% water change nothing else is unsual except one of my two clown fish has developed 2 puffy eyes over the last two days and now it's mouth is looking a bit off.

Considering it just swam in the corner when I fed today I am fairly pretty sure it is blind and doomed or is not eating and likely doomed. If anyone can give me advice as to what this is I would appreciate it. I am working up a QT tank but with a blind, non-eating fish and no known cure I think I may be wasting my time.

i would tend to think the problem is bacterial but without pictures it is hard to be sure.

what are the tank paramaters amonia ph etc.

a qt tank with a dose of furan 2 may do the trick.

Thanks for the advice. Regretfully my plea for help went out too late. By the time I got the QT tank set up and had picked up the meds, I had a floater. At least I am better prepared for next time!
