Help! Clownfish mouth disease?

Hi my clownfish has had this for about a week or 2 and it's not going away and it's getting worse please let me know what it is and how to cure it. Thanks

My parameters are all fine and temp is 78.2 also no other fish in the tank have it except a clown that I had in the tank that died had it

i'm not very sure but it looks like lymphocystis to me. provide the fish with good diet+ selcon or something similar and good water. it should go away. you should also post it in the fish disease forum to get more opinions. good luck.
