Help Clownfish not eating

Hi everyone. A month ago I bought 2 clownfish from my lfs. They were eating fine, but a few days ago I noticed one wouldn't eat. I've been feeding them marine S pellets, frozen mysis shrimp, frozen brine shrimp, and occasionally flakes. It won't won't eat any of these. Parameters seem to be fine, with ammonia and nitrites zero and nitrates at 30 ppm. I added a photo if that'll help.

Is the other clown bullying this one? Or is there another fish that's maybe stopping him from eating?

The other clown does seem to charge at him when there's food near him. I tried spot feeding but that didn't work.

He appears to be hovering very close to the ground now.

Sorry been stuck in other convos. If another fish is bullying him and taking the food first then he's going to starve. You may have no choice but to separate them. I can't think of any other way really.
