Are there any clowns left? Most people will tell you that you should not have more than a pair of clowns in most tanks because they become very territorial and will attack each other.

How long has your tank been running?

Perhaps it's water parameters?

Clowns are usually tough buggers. Not common to see snnisdue with them before other delicate fish.

Any signs of aggression seen? As mentioned, could be it.

If there is 1 pair remaining i would declare thats your reason why, If all are dead i would think something else is doing it.

definitely agree more than one pair can be trouble ... if your other fish have no signs of disease the only thing i can think of is they went after each other
