Help Corals Turned white

I was gone for 2 days and got home and my large Red montipora is completely white it has been growing like crazy over the past few months... my other sps plate lost most its color also and a small sps frag i have is white. They all look to have polyps still but i dont know what happened.

I have a reef angel controller that logs everything online and the temp went up from 78 to 79.9 and ph varied from 7.8 - 8.1... it is a little lower than normal but no crazy swings here.

I checked yesterday and have

nitrate - 0
ammonia - 0 (i have trouble with this test since im color blind but it looks 0)
salinity - 1.025

i have pretty high flow and change my Vortech mp40 to different modes. and a constant running koralia 1400 and return pump.

Things i can think of that could have changed.
1. Think i had the MP40 on lagunal mode.
2. was in a hurry and had just put AX hair stuff in then quick rinsed hands and fed fish.. hand just barely touched in tank.
3. bulbs are about 10 months old and plan to replace soon but dont think i would get this drastic change.

Help!

FYI my zoas and frog spawn and acan look fine.

Fish look fine also except one damsel that was missing nearly his entire tail, he has been picked on alot by another damsel and removed now from the tank.

I also left for this wekened and mine turned white a bit. i turned the thermo up instead of down...... dumb theo. so when i got back the temps were about 85!!!! clams still ok, i saw it open up. i dont like my temps to rise that high. might need a chiller

not sure i rinsed it all off its like a paste... but could that be enough to disturb them all that much?

yes the lights turned on it keeps logs of all that on the reef angel.

ill check my calc alk and mag levels tonight... everything has been stable with my 15gal water changes every 2 weeks so i havent checked.
