I recently aquired a tank that im in the process of setting up right now. It came with a sump but I would rather use the 30gal flat back hex as a sump. The tank is a 75gal flat back hex and the 30gal fits perfectly and I think would make a great sump for it. I would like to section it off like this:
Left ---- Middle ---- Right
Skimmer- Fuge- Return pump
Does anyone have any ideas on how I could section it off? Should I just go out and buy acrylic sheets, cut em out and weldon them to the tank? I know I will need to cut a portion of the top of the tank off in order to fit the skimmer, this isnt an issue. also can anyone recommend a good return pump?
