Does anyone know Any reasonable places or other members that woiuld help me out with a new 180 acrylic? Any comments are appreciated. Thank You

I would like to add a trapezoid overflow in the center of the tank and drill holes for return and possible closed loop.

Yes sorry if my postings have not been that thorough and or clear I am somewhat new here atleast other than reading. Yes the tank is empty with no holes. And I need help.

I think drilling the holes won't be that bad. Maybe some thoughts on plumbing? Once again any input would be greatly appreciated. The tank will be mostly lps/softy dominated for lighting im going to use 3 luminarc III with 250 watt de most likely phoenix 14k's and 2 160watt uri super actinics vho's. Im thinking a 45 gallon refugium and 30 gallon sump both plumbed seperately, one being fed from each end. Then both feed into the same return pump. Once again I have never plumbed a tank and just looking for some input. Thank You

Get the appropriate sized hole saw for your planned bulkhead fittings. Most hole saws have a pilot drill so its pretty easy.

Get yourself some of the thick acrylic cement (Weld-On #16?).
