HELP....droopy leather...( devils hand )

well ive had the coral in the tank around 36 hours now . and it appears to be have tilted to one side ( drooped ? ) pics bellow. is this normal.. if not .. what can i do ???

30gallon . urrrrrm its under a 55wt compact T5 daylight plus. and a 34wt T8. theres a aqua clear 30 powehead. a rio 1100, and there a a fluval 105 canister filter with carbon in it ... around 12 kilo's of LR ( As ive just transfered tanks 2 weeks ago.. i havent had time to get more) i have 6 turbo snails. 6 red legged hermits, 2 clown's, 1 blue damsel. and about 2-2.5" sand bed. running a constant 79*f temp
