Help! Dying plate coral!

Recently my plate coral has lost its color on the bottom of its disc! It's turning white! My levals in my tank are fine what's wrong! Please help:(
 
I'm Soery there's no way of me getting pics on:( but it had tons of brown stuff comming out of its mouth light brown stuff and it's tenticals are not extended and it's disc underneath its white
 
You'll have to give us more details - tank specs, parameters, feedings, etc. We have no way to guess with no info.
