How long did you have these all these fish?
Can you post actual parameters of your tank; not LFS saying OK, but actual test you done with actaul reading?

Were they recently added? Added at the same time?

How big was your QT? Were the parameters OK in that tank? Ammonia? NSW? old water from your tank? Were you going to start hypo?

Did all the other fish die at or around the same time?

Before the root of your problem is discovered, I would not add any more fish.
And if in fact you do have ick, if there are any other fish living then I would stll rec. QT and a fallow tank for at least 6 weeks, if the ICK is in there and you add more fish that get stressed you will be running the risk of those fish contracting the disease too.

Also how big is the tank, I see you have a 180 listed but then building. is the 180 running and you are currently stocking it with corals?
