Help for Drilling Hole On Glass Tank

Where can I find some experienced person nearby with proper tool coming to my office at Commack (LIRA monthly meeting place) to help me drill a 2-1/2" hole for 1-1/2" bulkhead on a 180G glass tank sump?

I am willing to pay $100.- for the job.

I need it sometime this week, possibly just before the LIRA meeting 7pm, this Friday.
