Add more flow to the tank. Reduce feeding.
I personally find that most "algae" are good for the tank, some are just eye sore. If keep up with regular maintenance, they usually disappeared.

Here is good suggestion on how to control cyano. Look under Red Slime.

Thanks your asking, so can I know the name of that algae? how often I should water change? And how much for each time?

That does not look like not cyano however...it looks more like red turf algae. Do you have your test readings for Phosphates? Are you using any GFO to control them?

Some searching here on RC will help, but we'll need some more info to respond better.

I haven't check the po4 level since I have no test kit but I will buy soon. I am using the bio-pellets and recently just added some rowa po4 absorber in the tank. I start this tank for half a year.

My tank is 24' x 16' x 13'h, sump 21'x12'15' about 100L water.
Equipment : NAC 5.5, RW-4 wave maker, eheim 3000+ return pump, 25 C set for cooler. Light : ai hydra 52 ( recently just discovered green, violet and deep blue channel is not working, will maintain it soon).
