help found mantis in tank

looking at a small rock.... in front of my tank and a 3/8" hole in the middle of it a grey geenish guy looks back with 2 bulbas eyes on sticks.....have isolated rock in a bowl of tank water .... now what?????

throw the rock in some freshwater and he will come out.or shoot some fresh into the hole just make sure you hand is clear of the opening.

squirt some freshwater into his hole and hold the rock over some tank water.when he comes out he will fall in the container.then throw him in your sump or fuge or wherever you want.

just make up a quick solution of saltwater that has a SG of about 1.030-1.035 and he will come out, after that throw him in a fuge or see if anyone on here would like to take him off of your hands

He is all black.1 1/2 inches long....had to split rock to get him out.......
my refium has large input to my pump will he stay away from that

If he is reef safe ill threw hime back in If not and I assume not......any one live in calgary???
