Help getting banggai's to breed again

My banggai's held eggs a couple of months ago for the first time in a year since i moved them into their own tank. The male ate the eggs this time.

I expected them to keep getting eggs but it hasn't happened again since, any tips to get them to start producing eggs again?

Feed lots and proper diet and keep them in their own tank.

I have a pair that bred when they were young and the owner thought they were too old, almost 5 years old now. All it took was making them comfy and feeding them and they were breeding again in just a month.
