Help getting zoas to grow!

ive had some birght green zoas for about 3 months, none have grown, any ideas how i can help them grow?? i also have dragon eyes and ide really love for these guys to grow. any tips?? they are under T5 lighting 55gal and get feed live DTs. thanks

Have you gradually moved them up higher in the tank. They do love light.

Gradual increase only... dont start at the bottom the place them right at the top right away... ( light shock and possible bleaching may occur )....

how many t5s do you have them under?
my zoas started to grow like crazy when i started to dose kalk. i dose kalk 24 hours in my top off.

ive always had them at the bottom of the tank but i do have 8 t5s.
i figured putting them higher might be too much light because my birds nest turned pinkish white when i had it at the top. and half way down it turned a nice dark pink.

I'll second the alk. I could NEVER get zoas to grow at all until I started dosing 2-part. Now they grow our of control. Or course, it could be the calcium and alk. In the past I've had bad dosing habits, not dosing until things were out of whack. Now I dose the same amount every day and keep params stable. That is the key IMO for any good growth.
