HElP, I have a question?

Ok my display tank broke.

And I have a bunch of sps frags, can I put them in a 20 gallon with just a small powerhead and heater, No real filtration.

As for a light I was planning on hanging one of my 400watt MH over the tank buy up really high. So it doesnt make the tank to hot.

I would need to keep this stuff in here for like a month probally to till I get my tank situation figured out.

I would connect some rubbermaid containers together and make a sump and tank and whole 10 yards it wont look that good, but its temp

leave at least one fish in there....at least 5 lbs of established rock with good flow through it(preferrrably this rock is not piecesx that came out from being buried in sand), make sure you have fantastic surface agitation, do 5 gallons fo water changes a week and it will be FINE IMO

done variations of that multiple times with no issues in the past. I would suggest makign sure your heater is on a controller, preferrable dual stage so you can also have a fan on it to keep the temp more or less stable throughout the day
