Help! I need lights ASAP!

I have 2 old 250w xm 20k bulbs you can have. You'll have to find ballasts and setups.

I am desperate. But I think I may have rigged up something to last a couple days, I really should take a picture, it's pretty pathetic.

here's the list:
2-65watt PCs
2-96w PCs (actinic)
2-40w normal output fluorecents.

melted capacitors.... had the fixture for over a year with no problems. I changed the bulbs a few days ago so that must of had something to do with it.

Lee, what that an Aquatraders unit? Same thing happened to mine.

yup, had it for over a year now... just replaced bulbs a few days ago and I shook up the ballast box quite a bit...I'm guessing the fans stopped and caused it to overheat.

Guess you get what you pay for.

Boy, it's just not my week, last week the emperor 400 crapped out (no biggie other than I used it to run carbon). Now my skimmer impeller crapped out on me now too.... basically my only working equipment are my 2 maxi-jets.

And we are getting new carpet next week so I have to have it all transferred to the new tank by next week.

Man Lee it sounds like my bad luck is rubbing of on you!

I've blown 2 ballasts in the last month, and my impellar on my mag 12 return pump broke and I was without it for about 72 hours. (A++++ for premium aquatics on getting me a new one ASAP!)

AND one of my frickin SEIOS won't start up again!

I know this is going to sound like a dumb question but.....did you check the impeller....my snails always liked to crawl into mine and jam the impeller

I temporarly fixed the impeller, It's hard to explain, but basically the plastic part connected to the cylindar broke off. (thank God for JB weld)

Thank you to everyone who offered their lights. I plan on using Jasons light since he lives pretty close.
