Help ID ich please :(

I will have had my dt fish free for 12 weeks as of 13th July. Completed tank transfer method for ich weeks ago & fish that were left looked good. However past couple of days I think they have shown signs of ich again. Hope this link to a pic of jewel algae blenny works:

Does it look like ich? Also have a clownfish that I can't get decent pic of that has ragged fins & well not white spots but very pale patches (size of ich size spots). I'll try get a pic later.

Thoughts? no idea why tank transfer failed but I guess I let 1 o the little buggers in qt tank. Daaaaaym! Gonna treat with cupramine this time but want some assurance am not needlessly putting fish through extra treatment.

the link is working, although its a small pic and very hard to tell if the blenny has ich (at least for me) because there is a lot of white in his color pattern.

The pic is pretty small, no way to tell from it if the fish has ich or not.
