Most definately A. ocellaris(false perc). There is not real way to tell the sex unless you dissect it.
The change from juvenile to male to female in aquariums doesn't always seem to work like it does in nature. Whatever causes the fish to grow and change sex, doesn't always seem to kick in in aquaruim situations.
