That looks like the aiptasia I dripped boiling water on yesterday! It didn't like that too much and hasn't been back since. I'm sure it's dead.

I'd get that thing out of your tank before it decides to spread. If the rock is small that it's on, bring it to the surface and boil some water in the microwave and use a glass eyedropper to give it a nice dose. Just don't stick the glass eyedropper in the water. It may shatter with the super hot water in it.
