help id this bug?

Please help me id these. I found them in my fliter sock when cleaning my tank. Sorry for the bad pics.

Looks like a retracted red bristleworm to me

cool thanks, it was kinda fatter in the middle so i didnt think it was a bristle worm.

Bristleworm. There's probably a bunch more. Some fish and invertebrates eat them as part of their afternoon snack. Them seem to help with any uneaten food, however, I've had a 20+ inches worm in my tank when I torn down my 55 gallon after being set up for 4 years.
