Help ID what's wrong with fish

I've had my fish in my QT tank now for about a month. Treating them for ich with hypo at 1.009... This fish got pop eye but that has healed, now it's come down with this weird looking mark on its body.

Looks like an infection which probably caused pop eye. Poor guy is fighting a slew of illness.
