its on my zoanthid rock and it doesnt really bother them, but i kinda wanna know what it is. its a 2 inch, extremely thin long "tentacle" like thing coming out of the rock, as thin as the point of a needle, like a string of hair, and is a see through white color, it has 2 really long ones and 1 short one, it seems to pick off stuff from the rocka round it. cant get a pic

Probably a type of spaghetti worm. Harmless hitchhiker and a part of your CUC. I have thousands of them.

thats what the little strands look like but it only has 3

Sounds like a Spionid worm.

Yes, they are reef safe although they may irritate corals

Spionid polychaetes only have 2 feeding tentacles but it probably is a worm of some kind. Almost all of them are harmless.
