Help identify this crab

Can someone tell me what kind of crab this is it was bought as a hermit crab but it don't look like it and is this guy good or bad?

It kinda looks like some type of decorator crab but it's hard to tell in the picture I have no experience with them so I can't say if they are "good" or not sorry . I would assume they hold the same risks as any crab though
