Help identifying plant.

I have this purpleish plant overgrwing on one of my coral rocks. Does anyone have any Idea what it is? and if its good or bad for my tank? thanks guys.

Can't tell you what plant that is, but should be fine, I guess.
If it begins to grow too much just cut with sharp scisors here and there.
Macro algae normally goes away after a while.
Do you have any Tangs?
I don't think it's a big deal.
