Tang aggression

Recently upgraded to a 600 gallon, thought a orange shoulder and a chocolate tang would be fine, turns out it’s not, the orange shoulder is smaller than the chocolate, the chocolate chases the orange shoulder so bad, luckily since the orange shoulder is smaller he can hide in various rocks, but when he does peek his head out the chocolate instantly chases him, i’ve been trying so hard to catch the chocolate or the orange shoulder, and i’ve had zero luck, anyone have any ideas? I really want to get the chocolate tang out, might have to give in and break down a side of the tank to get him out, it’s just so hard to catch him as there’s so many rocks he can hide in, it’s only been 3 days they’ve been together now fyi, thanks for any help! (also there’s like abunch of tangs in the tank it’s not just those two)

600 gallon? Add a few more tangs at the same time that are similar size to the orange shoulder. Even if they aren't other acanthurus tangs, add a few zebrasomas, doing so can really mix up and reset the pecking order so one fish singled out isn't getting all the harassment
