That crab looks like something you would want out of there.
As for the shrimp it is too dark to tell in that photo, it doesn't look like a mantis or anything though so it's probably ok for now.

We're these hitchhikers! Better pictures will be needed, especially of the front of the crab so we can see the claws.

Crab is hard to tell but the shrimp appears to be a peppermint shrimp if I had to guess. Shrimps are relatively safe in the tank unless its a mantis shrimp but I can tell you that its not one.

The crabs left claw is significantly bigger than its right claw. Claw is also brown.

I also have 4 Sally Lightfoot crabs who hitchhiked on my rock. The guy at world of pets said Sally Lightfoot crabs are okay but keep an eye on them. Thoughts?
Sounds like a fiddler crab, which are shore crabs. They don't survive in our tanks.

He has survived for 3 months so far...Doesn't look to be very aggressive either.
