help id'ing and treatment of growth!

Not sure if this is the right forum category for my question but I have some strange growth in my tank spreading rather rapidly. Originally though it was sponge but not so much anymore. Whitish blue translucentish vine growth. Maybe a fungus? Anyway any help would be greatly appreciated.

prolly jus pick it off or brush it with a toothbrush in some dip

Yea I tried that, the prob I think if lil pieces break off and land on another rock it'll spread there, I'm assuming cause a week after I did that I'm seeing growth on the other side of my tank.
