Help IDing Montiporas

Wondering if anyone could give me a better idea of what a couple of the montiporas I have our called. Thanks.

1. Blue polyp

2. Purple

3. different purple more encrusting

#3 is Peleformis... I think.. Spelling might be wrong

#1 I think is . Cap? I have one that has a darker purple base with electric blue polyps.. it encrusts, and plates.

#2: I forget

and the 4-5 Cant view them, redo the links.
