Help ID'ing with Pictures

Well I left this hobby several years ago and decided to get back into it., I did have one tank that was left running (24G aquapod) that got cracked so I replaced it with a 20 Gallon. So I set up this 20 Gal tank in my bathroom, used my LR and Sandbed and added a few new pieced of LR. Once cycled, I added a clean up crew and 2 ocellaris clowns, The first day I left for a while and came back and one of my clowns was stuck in the powerhead. I pulled him out and his eye was bulged., but was ok. I told the guy at the pet store and he said he'd replace the fish. Well a few weeks later, they received a shipment with the most beautiful ocellaris clown and commented on it and the guy said "well I still owe you a clown" so I took him home. Well after 15 minutes float time and a 15 minute drip acclimation, I added him. He died that next day and then I noticed one of my other clowns had white specs all over him the next day. He died two days later. I am now down to one clown that swims at the top of the tank, doesn't want to eat, but has no spots. I am pretty sure he will die too.

This is one of the reasons I left the hobby was getting a case of brook I couldn't get rid of.

Water parameters:
RO/DI 0 TDS water / Reef crystals to a 1.023 SG
30 Lbs. LR / Temp: 78.4
Ammonia 0 / Nitrite 0 / Nitrate 20-30 PPM
Phosphates .5 PPM
Calcium 410-420
PH 8.2
Daily small water changed / 32 oz. - 48oz. daily. / No skimmer
An Eheim canister filter 2213 / 2 powerheads / 800GPH flow

any ideas????

I can't tell anything from the pics. Brook is more of a white slime (or mucous), and it looks as though the fish's skin is peeling off. Fine white dots (think sprinkled sugar or salt) would indicate Ich or possibly even Velvet.
