Help in pump/sump placement

take a look @ my sump....I have a tunze 9010 skimmer and my return pump going in the sump....where is the best places for them?

The baffle closest to the center is up off the bottom and the one to the outside is flush on the bottom.

I know it may not be the perfect design but its just going to be for my "nano"

The skimmer goes in the one that is off the bottom, and the return goes in the one that is flush with the bottom.
