Help!!- Is this brown jelly disease ?

Nope, it's expelling Zooxanthellae Could be too much light causing it or what are your water parameters?

Not brown jelly.

I saw the end of a piece of my macro algae in its mouth, could it be that? I thought you infected me with brown jelly lol.

Now I'm not so sure after seeing the second picture. Try sucking it off of there with a turkey baster.

I answered this too soon as I'm tired and about to go to sleep. Meds knock me out pretty fast. But the first picture is Zooxanthellae the second kind of looks like brown jelly. So see if you can suck it off of there. If so you will have to do iodine dips

Well the thing in the second pic, the thing blew away but I am pretty sure it is the same thing as the 1st pic.

Ok, Hopefully that is all it is. The second picture looks like long slime even on the closed ones at the bottom. Of course it could be my drug tired eyes. :lmao:
Good night. I'll check this when I wake up.

Ok cool, I just checked and it is all gone so not sure what to do now.

I don't think it is brown jelly.
I've had the odd coral eject stuff like that.
Then usually a fish eats it.

That is not brown jelly. That is likely just some poop, the mouth is also where they get rid of food after digestion. Could be zooxanthellae, not sure exactly what that would look like.

Looks like coral poop to me. All my LPS that have a defined mouth(plate, duncan, brain, acan, etc) all expel a brownish substance from their mouths usually the next day after eating.
