Help lighting problem

my odessy lighting fixture wont work i changed the bulbs and still nothing does anyone knoe what wrong or how i can get a used one on here cheep

I don't think they honor any type of repairs. Just buy a new one. They area cheap. They sell just the ballast so you could buy it from them or buy a generic one and wire it up. My 4 bulb 36" Oddysea has 2 separate ballasts that are both external so easy to replace. I never had any issues with it however.
