Help Lightshock!

I think I shocked my corals from upgrading to MH. My LTA is in hiding and some of my soft corals look a little droopy. I used windowscreen but I must have transitioned too quickly...can corals and anemones recover from light shock?

If they survive they will eventually move to a lower light place. Did you also shorten the photo period to help with the transition?

I'm only doing 4 hrs/day...i also have an SPS that was brown under pc's now it's turning a neon green color but I see little white spots so i'm not sure if he got burned or not..should I move him down?

If things can be easily moved I would move them down or into shaded areas and slowly bring them back up/out. I have a few corals even SPS that just don't like the light intensity so I have them lower or in a nook or cranny somewhere. As you move things up watch them fo a few days or weeks and see how they react, some might never go back to the top, especially softies.
