Help! Lost tank during a move.

I am hoping that someone can give me some advice on how to handle a situation. I have a 125 reef that has been up for about 5 years. We sold our house and moved to a rental, and during the process all of my fish died. It was a combination of issues regarding movers, broken down trucks, and other things that happened that at this point do not matter. Over the next year we will be building a new home and a new state of the art tank is part of the plan. I have decided to take down and sell my current setup as it depresses me to even look at it with my fish gone. I have about 150 pounds of live rock in the tank. I have a pretty serious aiptasia breakout since I was not able to pay much attention to the tank over the past month. I want to save the rock for the new tank, but I want the rock 100% aiptasia free. So what do I do? I have read about "cooking" the rock, but it seems that is no guarantee to positively wipe out the aiptasia. Any thoughts on how I can save the rock and kill the aiptasia? Any suggestions would be appreciated. It will be 1 year that I need to save the rock before it goes into the new build. Thanks.

Cooking probably won't kill them.

If you are wanting to keep the rock alive the easiest thing would be:
get two trashcans and a small tank like a 10 gallon.
All rock goes in first trashcan.
Pull out rock some at a time and put in 10 gallon, watch where it pops up and kill it with either kalk paste, pickling lime, Joe's juice or boiling water. Keep in the 10 gallon to ensure you are free.
After free put in second trashcan and repeat.

By then the rock should be pest free and cooked.

Sorry for the issues.
