Help me choose my lighting

Hi guys, I have a 144 gallon half cylinder SPS reef tank (mostly frags right now). Tank is 30" deep. Right now I'm running two 400watt DE 14k's with no supplemental lighting. I've chosen my new light, the Hamilton CEBU SUN 36" fixture. This has two halides and 4 T5's to supplement it. My question to you is should I stick with dual 400's, or would you do the dual 250's? Keep mind this fixture is supplemented with 4x39watt T5'S. Here is a pic of the tank now. Thanks

Looks great I would stick with the 400watters you will get great colors from the acros.
As long as you can live with the electric bill especially with a chiller running in the summer.
