Help me choose my second fish

I have an Elos Mini (approx. 22ish gallons with sump). I currently have a black and white misbar clown I've had nearly a year, a skunk cleaner shrimp, and a few cerrith snails. I am on the lookout for more snails - I don't like hermits.

Anyway, what would be a good second (and last) fish? I was thinking of a green-banded goby or something similar. Keep in mind this is an open top tank. Suggestions?

The clown is only about an inch and a half long and hasn't grown much at all in a year. I guess it is full grown.

On the top of my head, I'd say a tail spot goby. A lot of personality and interesting fish.

Blennies do have a ton of personality.

BTW, the clown is not fully grown. My misbar female perc is about 6 years old and she's about 3 1/2". They grow pretty slowly.
