Yes looks like seriatopora. Just do a search you can find a ton of info on them. High flow moderate to high light. Some prefer lower light. Try to WB pics or take them under lower kelvin lighting when requesting IDs. Makes it easier to see what's in the picture.

The problem is maybe mi lights are strong but it is doing ok on the bottom so im afraid to move it :) any suggestions ?

I don't worry about moving them at all. They do well anywhere. Much better pic by the way. Looks like birds of paradise. But birds nest can range in color and appearance depending on conditions.

Help me confirm and care

In my tank I don't see any difference depending on placement. With dimmer lighting it will likely brown out a little. Flow makes the biggest difference in growth patterns. Low flow results in a very open growth form while high flow results in dense growth. As birdsnests grow the middle sometimes dies off due to lack of water movement.

The one I pictured above is located in the bottom third and receives a lot of flow from 2 gyre xf150s. It is approximately the size of a softball I would say.

So i moved a bit higher. And one branch looks like bleaching but i think it was bleaching even on sand what should i do ?

Is it just the tip that is white? They are generally white where growth is occurring. You can see that in the pic I posted above. Maybe post a pic if you can.

Ok. I guess it must have just been that pic. Bleaching can be caused by more things than just light. But if it is bleaching because of light you could shade it or decrease the light intensity.
