Ok guys, about 2 years ago I purchased a nice 8" LTH,it was tank raised and very healthy. It stayed healthy and happy for about 18 months. Then it decided to move into a rock cave. There it bleached snow white and shrunk to about 2" dia. It has been like this for about 6 months now:( It has been under the same diy led lights from day one. My tank params are all good and everything else in the tank is doing a-ok. I only have 2 guesses...1. apstasia stinging it?(there are a few I just cant reach) 2. clowns hosting bothering it? I doubt the clowns hosting would bother it because they hosted in it from day one also...please help me get to the bottom of this.

Sorry to hear about the anemone.. I've never really heard of this happening. I doubt this is the case coming from the wild ocean, but could high flow be holding it back in the cave?? I don't really have much advice on this matter, but I think eventually you may have to "retrieve" the nem from its hideout.

Keep us posted on your progress?

Tank raised LTA? Do you mean BTA, Entacmaea quadricolor? LTAs aren't tank raised, at least not yet. It could be allelopathy. Frequently changing activated carbon and over skimming should help, if that's the case.
