Help me ID please

I saw a few of these little worms about an inch long orange in color and with lots of legs, I've tried taking pics but they kind of hiding between the rocks, can some one help me id these, abd how bad or good are they, thank you in advance.

a picture would be helpful, but from what I have read it sounds like a bristle worm, not bad unless overpowering your tank. I may be wrong.

If so, it is a bristlewrom, a common hitch hiker and a beneficial part of the cleaning crew.

^^^ yes like that with a faint orange color some less than an inch, so they are ok right?

Yes, the are great scavengers. Just don't touch them with your bare hands.
