Help me identify this in my tank!

My tank has been running for about 6 weeks now it's a 55g with 40 lbs ls and 30 lbs live rock. I added the rock about a month ago and when I bought the rock it looked perfect.

A week after I put rock in I noticed white worm looking things on some pieces of rock. Some are thing while some are fatter but they all seem to have a tip that looks like mini feather dusters! Are these worms that died while I transferred the rock from one tank to the other? ( it was out of water flow for about 1 hr) is this something I should worry about? Should I pluck them all out with tweezers? Here are some pictures

So these are beneficial right. Not hurting anything? Another reefer called them cluster dusters is that the same thing?
