Help me make a screen please

I want to make a screen to put over my tank and I was wondering what kind is the best to use over saltwater? One that wont rust, is easy to work with, can be cleaned easily and wont contaminate the water.

BRS has a good video & recommends 1/4" web. I chose HomeDepot's 1/2 bird netting. Both cases uses aluminum framing & outside corner clips.

IMC, the 1/2" webbing wasn't held tight with the1/4" spline, so I used silicon to fill the channel (which aslo makes it easier to clean). I also filled the corner clips with the silicon.

they have everything you need to make screens at home depot or lowes, i made two screen tops for my 90g reef for $27 with plenty of bird netting left over. they sell kits or individual pieces separately, frame, corners, netting, spline. don't forget to buy a spline roller, they make life much simpler $4
