Since my GBTA split I am selling one of the clones. What is the easiest/safest method of getting him off the rock so I can get him out of my tank?

Thanks
John

first make sure your hands are rinsed really well. go to the base of the GBTA and slowly work your finger underneath the base and try to gently peel the foot off of its rock. just take it slow and easy it will release just dont tear it.
that is how i have moved mine

Thats how I moved mine. Take it nice and slow.

The nice and slow "peeling" method doesn't always work because their foot could be wedged into a rock making it possible it wedge your fingers under the foot. If the ice method doesn't work, then I would just sell the whole rock. But if you can't do that either since it might ruin your aquascaping, try aiming a powerhead at it GENTLY. Aim the powerhead at the base of the foot.

Good luck.
