Help me pick a nano return pump

Head height will be about 4.5ft. Tank is 18gal w/ 5gal fuge/sump. I am hoping to get 10-15x turn over. Eheim 1250 comes to mind as I dont want any heat issues I might get with a mag3. Do they get as hot as the bigger mags? I want to keep it as economical as possible while doing it right the first time. Are there any other suggestions for a good nano return pump?

Maxi-jets are good with little heat output until you use the 1200, I have 2 900s in mine with very little heat output.
