Help me pick prop tank lighting

I am set on T5 here is what the skinny is:

Tank: 36x18x14
Inhabitants: snails, a small wrasse, and 100% SPS

Requirements:
1. Good lighting to grow my little SPS babies
2. Energy costs are important
3. Has to look good (wife's requirement)
4. Price


Options:
1. Aquatinics TX5 5 bulb 36"w/brackets ~$360
2. SLS Tek 6 bulb 36" w/brackets ~$400
3. SLS Tek 4 bulb 36" w/brackets ~$300

Bulb Considerations... well lets figure out the fixture first, but if you have ideas, I am listening.
