Help me undersand intensity variation between MH and T5

Sanjay provides ratings in PFID which is a handy way of relating one MH bulb to another. The T5 thread provides Par per bulb. I have an 8 bulb Tek Elite running All ATI 4 Blue plus, 2 coral plus, one purple plus and one GE 6500. Is there a way to figure out what I would need to provide same or more light? I have all kinds of MH bits and pieces kicking around...

I have a 2 x 250 W mag ballast, 2 x 250 PFO HQI ballast, Lumen Max elite SE reflectors and a single DE sunlight supply fixture.

Forgot to explain why I listed the kit I have kicking around. If I was to go back this is the stuff I have to play with. I could get another DE fixture so I can go SE or DE.
