help me with my T5 fixture

i was going though my buddies stuff and found a T5 lamp. it is model number HT-II18W-R. it is 18 watts. my problem is this, i cant get the stupid bulb out of the fixture. there are no screws, it will not twist to come out, nothing!!! does anyone have one of these fixtures that can help me?
