Help me with this issue please

My wife place an order for a 48" 250w x2 oceanlight hood back in November 23 or 24, and the following week, she was notified that the color she ordered was back-ordered, and it will be available in 10 days, so we've decided to wait for the black unit to become available. She has been calling and leaving messages last week and this week, and sending an e-mail last week regarding an issue(s), with no response. Yesterday, she said she finally got a hold of somebody, I believe it was Jason, and was told that he was gonna call her right back regarding the issue(s) she has, but never got a call back. She is very frustrated right now, and I'm recieving the repercussions of it since I was the one who suggested to order it through PA :( So please, if you guys can do me a BIG favor and resolve this issue as soon as humanly possible, it would make my life a whole lot easier.
 
I'm sorry for the delay in my response. The hood is being shipped out from AquaMedic, and we will forward you the tracking information, as soon as AquaMedic sends us that info. This will give you the exact day of delivery. Aquamedic only received the hoods this week, and it is ready to ship now. There was a miscommunication between Jeremy and myself, and we both believed that the other had contacted you. Rest assured that the light is now on its way, and we will provide you with tracking information as soon as it becomes available to us. I apologize for any inconvenience and frustration that we may have caused you.
