HELP!!! Mounting "Current" Light Fixture

I have searched everywhere and im not finding much info. Any info will help me. I have a Lowes local to me for a parts store. So i bought picture hanging wire for this project so far.
First off, what do i use to put into the factory SLOTS on my light fixture? What can i buy form Lowes that will fit into the sliding opening with an eye loop to attach the wire.
Secondly, what are being used to support the wire above the tank? I would like to mount the "Arms" to the bottom of my 55 gallon tank, and have them bend over the top of the tank. That way im not drilling into my walls, and if i move the tank, the arms will stay with it.

My fixture is a Dual MH with dual compact florecent and lunar LED's 48"
Weight is aprox 15-25lbs

You can go to Lowes and buy electrical conduit and the tool to bend it with (might even be able to rent the tool).
This will make fine arms for you to hang from. (painted black)
Without pics it is hard to give advice on how to attach an eye hook to the fixture.
